Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, or refunded.

In the event that a supplied product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, the issue must be reported to us within the specified notification period. Upon verification, we will assess whether the product can be repaired or replaced. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the customer will be offered the option to purchase a similar product.

Where the replacement product is of a higher value, the customer shall pay the difference in price. Where the replacement product is of a lower value, the difference amount will be refunded within fifteen (15) business days from confirmation of the replacement. EXCHANGE
We allow exchange only if the product is damaged or defective on arrival. The exchanged product will be the same as the product purchased by the customer. For any product which has reached damaged to your address, please take pictures of the product and email to contact@wurfel.in within 12 hours of receiving the delivery.

RETURN

Refund will be provided only in case a replacement for the same product is not available. If a particular part is faulty and replaceable for a product, the same shall be arranged and provided. The time required to rectify the product would be intimated to you and is dependent on product to product basis.
In case of any return, we will arrange for the pickup of the product at our cost.
In case a product is returned without any prior official intimation, it would not be accepted and further processed.
